Kayaking across our lake is a favorite pastime, offering both exercise and serenity. The gazebo by the water provides a peaceful retreat, perfect for reading, meditating, or simply soaking in the view. Evenings bring spectacular sunsets, painting the sky in colors that remind you why Costa Rica is a dream destination.  Some guests go swimming in the lake, and no, there are no crocodiles.  That is a question that comes up quite often.

This daily immersion in nature fosters a sense of calm and connection that few places can match.  Kayaking on the private lake, as for the anglers, there is fishing in our lake.  There are basically three kinds of fishTil in the lake.  There is a Guapote, which is a rainbow bass, Tilapia, and a Machaca, which is a bony fish.  There have been guests who catch and release when they bring their own equipment.
